ISYBANK: STATEMENT BY INTESA SANPAOLO SPOKESPERSON

An Intesa Sanpaolo spokesperson would like to make the following comment on the decision announced today by Italy’s Antitrust Authority, which closed the procedure involving Intesa Sanpaolo and Isybank, accepting the commitments made by the two banks.

This important result was made possible by collaboration with the Authority to achieve the goal of keeping the focus on customers and ensuring the best service for their needs.
